After having renovated our entire interior, we have discovered a rather leaky roof that desperately needs fixing otherwise all of our hard work could potentially be completely ruined! It’s an expensive job (approx £2000) and we just don’t have the funds after such a difficult year!

The Little Theatre is a hidden gem in Cleadon Village, please help us save it! 100% funds raised will go towards this ‘Raising the Roof’ campaign!

We are running an exciting photographic competition to raise money to save our roof!

*Please note that this competition is now closed with the winners announced below*

*£200 in cash prizes!*

The competition is open to ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE and is sure to get your creative juices flowing in lockdown! With the new Road Map set out, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel and, here at The Little Theatre we want to create something to remember the beautiful walks we’ve all had this year and last!
This is where we need your creative input! And there’s some amazing prizes up for grabs too!
We are putting together an online video for George Taylor’s poem “Walk With Me”. This is an original and unpublished poem written by a local gentleman and we think it captures the last year beautifully. The video will be narrated by one of our theatre members and it will feature a selection of photographs from this competition. We will also be creating a calendar, featuring the top 12 photographs, which will be on sale for 2022.
